Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a detailed Maintenance Technician for our Midrise community in Atlanta, GA. You will handle resident work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and supervise make-ready tasks to prepare units for leasing.

The role requires HVAC knowledge, EPA certification, and strong safety discipline. You will work Monday–Friday with on-call rotation, collaborate with the Community Manager, and help maintain Greystar’s high-quality standards across grounds, buildings, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools; safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Strong customer service & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer use and records management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests and diagnose issues promptly.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Set high standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings and common areas.
• Inspect work by other teams and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and assist in budget planning for repairs.
