Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure indoor and outdoor areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and oversee make-ready tasks for vacant units, while adhering to approved budgets and safety policies.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, EPA HVAC certifications, and a valid driver's license. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced property management

Qualifications

• EPA certifications required for HVAC system work.
• Must possess hand tools and know safe use of tools.
• Proficient in communicating with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Manage make-ready process: inspect, punch list, schedule vendors, order materials.
• Set standards for grounds, exteriors, interiors and common areas to Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspect work by others and by contractors for quality.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials within budget.
