Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC certification desired.

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community facilities daily for safety.
• Manage inventory and plans within budget guidelines.
• Lead maintenance staff and vendors; ensure quality work.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and plan resource use efficiently.
