HNN Communities in Auburn, WA is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor responsible for daily maintenance operations and safety standards across the community. You will lead the maintenance team, manage work orders, coordinate make-readies, and ensure timely repairs to keep residents safe and satisfied.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in maintenance, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license; certifications like CPO or CAMT are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably at a supervisory level.
• Prefer relevant professional certifications such as CPO and CAMT.
• Experience leading a team with ability to source, interview and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain physical condition and general upkeep of the community following safety standards.
• Lead and supervise maintenance employees; provide performance feedback and address misconduct.
• Interview, hire, train and retain employees; work with HR to onboard new staff.
• Manage and complete work orders within policy timelines.
• Coordinate make-readies including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and general repairs.
• Maintain maintenance functions: inventory, data entry, SDS, and safety records.
• Oversee landscaping, cleaning, and eviction-related tasks as needed.
• Schedule and perform system testing/maintenance: pumps, boilers, elevators, generators, detectors.
• Perform inspections: pre move-out, move-out, PMIs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of workshops and utility rooms.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and manage on-call schedule.
• Ensure security practices including key control.
