Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the interior and exterior buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose and repair defects, complete make‑ready tasks for vacant homes, and inspect areas to uphold high-quality community standards. Tools and on‑site work require adherence to safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and safe use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in resident units and common areas.
• Oversee make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing.
• Inspect grounds, exteriors, and amenities to maintain Greystar standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools; work with Community Manager on supplies.
