Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations, service requests, and preventative maintenance for the community. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety standards are met while controlling costs.

You will also contribute to inspections, make-ready work, and on-call responses, delivering reliable service to residents and supporting the Community Manager's goals.

Qualifications

• Maintenance management experience and safety focus.
• EPA/CPO certification required; HVAC desirable.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate work orders and resident requests.
• Order supplies and manage inventory within budget.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; conduct inspections.
• Support community manager and participate in emergencies.
