Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform repairs following safety standards.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors.
• Inspect grounds, exteriors, and common areas for quality and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory and work with manager on budgeted needs.
• Assist in safety meetings and stay current with OSHA requirements.
