Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage and perform on-site property maintenance for our high-quality community in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and oversee the make-ready process for vacant units to ensure timely leasing and resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, safety awareness, and the ability to work with vendors and residents while maintaining Greystar standards of cleanliness and appearance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and operate safely.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in resident units and community areas.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Set and maintain standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with policies and codes.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and assist with budget for repairs and capital projects.
• Support safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and related regulations.
