Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance at a residential property in Boynton Beach, FL. Manage repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and responsive service to residents.

The role requires HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, strong time management, and the ability to train staff and work weekends or on-call when needed. We offer full-time benefits including health/dental/vision, 401k, and housing discounts.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Effective time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents.
• Willing to work on-call hours and weekends as determined by Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls promptly following the service policy.
• Schedule all apartment turns and coordinate turn times within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and facilities, and keep shops organized.
• Train maintenance staff and assist in vendor selection.
• Maintain accurate records of property information and inspections.
• Support budget adherence and preventive maintenance programs.
• Inspect outside contractor work and ensure EPA compliance.
• Walk move-outs with Property Manager to assess repairs and costs.
• Occasionally travel for training and work weekends as needed.
