• Perform basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry).
• Maintain common areas and pool/spa facilities.
• Train maintenance staff and assist in vendor selection.
• Maintain records of property information and inspections.
• Assist in Preventive Maintenance Program development.
