ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Boynton Beach, FL to lead maintenance operations across assigned properties. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination, while ensuring safety, EPA compliance, and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling turnovers, supervising a maintenance team, and maintaining common areas, pools, and shops. On-call duties and occasional travel for training are required, with competitive benefits

Formación

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• HVAC certification preferred (if required, must be obtained within 90 days).
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances is required/preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt and efficient service calls per service policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Schedule apartment turns and turnover within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas and property aesthetics.
• Maintain pool(s)/Jacuzzi(s) and maintenance shops.
• Train other maintenance staff and inspectors.
• Assist in vendor selection and insurance compliance.
• Keep detailed logs of key property information (water, meters, etc.).
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance program; conduct weekly inspections.
• Inspect and approve contractor work; ensure safety and insurance requirements.
• Walk move-outs with Property Manager to assess repairs and costs.
• Review outstanding service requests daily with Property Manager.
• Maintain logbooks and EPA compliance.
