Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances repairs and other duties independently.
• Turnover maintenance in 3–5 days with completion of turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweeping, mopping, cleaning, trash removal.
• Monitor exterior building for roof, siding, shutters issues and safety.
• Support preventive maintenance program and keep inventory updated.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and communicate with residents.
