Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance tasks across facilities and supervise technicians. You will ensure equipment safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime while establishing preventive maintenance programs and managing spare parts inventory.

The role requires strong communication and 5+ years of supervisory experience, with a focus on technical recommendations and problem solving in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 5 years related experience including supervisory experience.
• Strong communications skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to provide technical and management recommendations through formal and informal communication.
• Problem solving skills and ability to analyze manufacturing, maintenance and mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment.
• Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets safety and efficiency standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
• Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Oversees mechanics/technicians who repair and maintain equipment. Administers training programs to ensure proper operations, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts.
