Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Maintenance Supervisor to ensure all facility equipment runs efficiently and to identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and staff training. The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional night/weekend overtime and on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising maintenance personnel.
• Maintenance administration experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management, and CMMS.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective actions.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
• Oversee and implement maintenance related regulatory and environmental compliance.
