Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a Lakewood, NJ manufacturing site. The role leads a 24/7 maintenance team, coaching mechanics, ensuring safety, and driving reliability across packaging lines.

Requirements include an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), 5+ years in maintenance supervision in manufacturing, and experience with FDA-regulated environments. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, ERP/CMMS, and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.
At least five years of maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
Experience in FDA regulated environments (pharma/food/beverage).
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and ticketing systems.
Strong continuous improvement background; uptime/efficiency focus.
MS Office skills (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching: Directly responsible for building a high-performing maintenance team.
Safety & Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture and enforce plant safety policies.
Maintenance Planning & Operations: Schedule resources for packaging lines and oversee work packages.
Continuous Improvement & KPIs: Own safety and productivity KPIs and support lean initiatives.
Work Flexibility: Willingness to work any shift and weekends to support operations.
