Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Regency Park in TX to oversee on-site technical and mechanical work, ensuring community buildings, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards.

The role includes managing work orders, making-ready inspections, coordinating vendors, and supporting budget development for repairs and capital projects while upholding safety and customer service. Experience in property maintenance and EPA HVAC certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs maintenance work to keep buildings and grounds up to standard.
• Handles work orders and routine upkeep, diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Manages make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Inspects contractor work to ensure quality and compliance with policies and codes.
• Assists in budgeting for regular repairs and capital projects and tracks inventory.
