Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the interior and exterior of the Estancia community in Texas. You will handle work orders, prep vacant units for leasing, schedule vendors, and uphold Greystar standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

The role requires hands-on tool usage, EPA HVAC certifications, OSHA awareness, and strong customer service for residents. A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience are expected, with flexible hours including

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related field.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal as required for HVAC work.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units including pre-move-out inspection and scheduling vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and assist with budgeting and cost control.
