Yugo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II for an on-site role, offering a salary of $65,000–$68,000 plus a monthly phone stipend. This position supports a multifamily/student housing property, supervising a small team and coordinating preventive maintenance, safety and vendor oversight.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience required; experience in student housing/multifamily industry preferred.
• HVAC including EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property regularly to identify problems and minimize liability while maintaining curb appeal.
• Assist Property Manager in delivering excellent service to residents, clients, vendors and employees.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.
• Lead, supervise, and train new maintenance team members; manage performance and development.
• Maintain and execute a preventive maintenance program to extend asset life and control future repairs.
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise vendors and contractors during the turn process within budget.
