Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at the Harrisonburg community. You will oversee staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety, OSHA, and EPA/OSHA standards are met while maintaining facilities and grounds daily.

The role requires on-site attendance, coordination with the Community Manager, and proactive management of repairs and vendor relations to keep the property in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a maintenance program and manage staff performance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Order supplies and manage inventory within budget guidance.
• Support on-call emergency responses and ensure quality make-ready work.
