Westland Real Estate Group in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at one of our residential communities. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, manage work orders, schedule preventives, and ensure safety and high living standards for residents.

The role blends hands-on technical tasks with supervision, requires after-hours on-call rotation, and offers benefits and a path to advanced property management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to communicate with residents, staff, and vendors.
• 2-3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a residential setting.
• Demonstrated experience supervising one or more employees.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• HVAC Certification (NV, TX, and CA) is preferred for certain properties.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• General computer skills for managing work orders and reporting.
• Higher levels (II-V) require experience managing larger properties and teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and supervise the on-site maintenance team; manage daily schedules and work orders.
• Oversee and perform advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks to high standards.
• Manage work-order system from start to finish and coordinate with outside vendors.
• Assist in budget management and inventory control to stay within budget.
