Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure safety and quality across the community. This role blends hands-on work with supervision and requires after-hours on-call rotation.

You will manage work orders, supervise technicians, coordinate vendors, and assist the Community Manager with budgets and inventory to stay within plan. EPA and HVAC certifications, plus NV/TX CA requirements, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a residential property setting.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• English proficiency: read, write, and speak fluently to communicate with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the on-site maintenance team. Manage daily schedules, assign work orders, and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee and perform hands-on maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to meet high standards.
• Coordinate and inspect the work of outside vendors and oversee the make-ready process for turnover of vacant units.
• Assist the Community Manager with budget management and inventory control to stay within plan.
