Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our properties in Las Vegas. You will oversee daily maintenance tasks, prepare units for occupancy, and ensure preventative maintenance is completed to protect asset value.

You’ll interview and train staff, manage vendor relationships, and uphold OSHA safety policies while maintaining organized, efficient operations for a premier property management team.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Able to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Able to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and making recommendations for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Assist in training of service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Take initiative to improve maintenance processes and methods.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
• Hold the maintenance team accountable to meet expectations including attendance.
• Schedule and assist in supervising and selecting vendor work.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies for service, custodial and grounds.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
