Westland Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at University Gardens in Las Vegas, NV. The role blends hands-on technical work with strategic supervision to maintain high-quality, safe living spaces for residents.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years in maintenance supervision, strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, EPA Universal and HVAC certifications, and the ability to participate in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• 2-3+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a residential setting.
• Demonstrated experience supervising one or more employees.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• HVAC Certification (NV/TX/CA).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies.
• General computer skills for managing work orders and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the on-site maintenance team.
• Oversee and perform maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Manage the property's work order system from start to finish.
• Coordinate and inspect work of outside vendors and oversee make-ready processes for turnover.
