Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a senior maintenance technician or in a similar role in a residential setting.
• Experience supervising a team of 2 or more employees.
• EPA Universal Certification and HVAC/plumbing/electrical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site maintenance operations and train/mentor technicians.
• Perform advanced hands-on repairs in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Oversee the make-ready process and assist with preventative maintenance and inventory management.
