Job summary

ZRS Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to uphold our service standards and retain residents through professional, efficient work. This role reports to the Property Manager and oversees maintenance across the property.

Responsibilities include scheduling turns, performing electrical/plumbing/carpentry repairs, maintaining common areas and pools, and training staff. EPA certification preferred; travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience in building operations.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, obtain within 90 days.
• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record & proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient service calls per policy.
• Schedule turns and coordinate unit readiness within 3–5 days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and maintenance shops safely.
• Train maintenance staff and assist in vendor selection.
• Keep accurate property records and logs, including meters.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and weekly light inspections.
• Inspect and approve work by outside contractors.
