Job summary

Drucker + Falk in Sunbury, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical upkeep of Sunbury Commons. You will manage maintenance staff, schedule preventive tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards while operating and maintaining all mechanical equipment.

You will coordinate with the Property Manager, hire and train crew, respond to emergencies, and work within budget guidelines to keep the community safe, clean, and well‑maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent
• Experience supervising maintenance staff
• Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and schedule daily tasks.
• Maintain and operate mechanical equipment and respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate safety trainings and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Schedule contractors and manage budget guidelines.
• Keep records for O&M programs and reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organized work area and facilities.
