Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Sunbury Commons in Sunbury, OH. The role oversees upkeep, safety, and preventative maintenance across the community, directing a small team and coordinating with the Property Manager.

The position requires HVAC and general trades skills, with on-call rotation and a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. A strong emphasis on safety and record-keeping is central to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC Certificate and CFC Certificate required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and SDS standards.
• HVAC, CPO Certification, Plumbing, Carpentry and Electrical skills useful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and schedule work orders.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across the community.
• Train staff and conduct performance coaching.
• Manage emergencies with on-call coverage and respond to requests.
