Job summary

Drucker-and-Falk,-LLC's Sunbury Commons in Sunbury, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units and handle on-call duties. The role reports to the Service Manager and requires hands-on trade skills.

HVAC certification is preferred; responsibilities include repairs, inventory control, property inspections, and coordinating with the Property Manager. The position offers full-time hours and weekend on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC knowledge or certification preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks preferred.
• Familiarity with SDS and OSHA regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs on vacant units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call, as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist with inventory control and use of maintenance supplies.
• Inspect property for improvements and coordinate with the Service Manager.
• Paint interior and exterior as needed.
• Maintain grounds and ensure cleanliness.
• Follow policies and maintain professional appearance.
