Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Boynton Beach, FL to oversee the daily upkeep of our community and respond promptly to resident service requests. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate turns, and ensure safe, well-maintained common areas and amenities.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, along with strong organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient service calls in line with service policy.
• Be on-call as determined by the Property Manager.
• Schedule apartment turns and turn vacant units within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
