Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at properties in Boca Raton, FL. You will manage repairs, turns, and preventive maintenance while leading a team of technicians and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance, along with strong communication skills and a willingness to work on-call and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, obtain within 90 days.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Clear communication with residents.
• Teamwork and cooperative work style.
• Willing to work on-call hours and weekends.
• Willing to travel for training and education seminars.

Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Schedule apartment turns and turn vacant units within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and overall property cleanliness.
• Maintain maintenance shops in a safe, organized manner.
• Train other maintenance staff.
• Assist Property Manager in vendor selection and insurance verification.
• Accurate record keeping of key property information and meters.
• Establish ongoing Preventive Maintenance Program with weekly inspections.
• Inspect and approve work of outside contractors.
• Walk move-outs with Property Manager to determine cost of repairs and video tape damages.
