Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent to oversee maintenance across communities. You will manage staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety adherence while maintaining all mechanical equipment under the Property Manager's direction.

The role requires leadership of maintenance operations, scheduling, vendor coordination, and a focus on occupant safety and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising 0–8 maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and SDS standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff under your direction.
• Hire and terminate employees following policy and under the Property Manager.
• Support ongoing safety programs and conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Schedule maintenance tasks and ensure 24-hour response for emergencies.
• Maintain building systems, inspect facilities, and manage preventive maintenance.
