Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the physical upkeep of the community, operate all mechanical equipment, and supervise maintenance staff. This role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on safety, efficiency, and proactive maintenance to protect residents and assets.

The candidate will coordinate schedules, manage vendors, and ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily work orders.
• Maintain and operate mechanical equipment across the community.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies as on-call required.
• Manage budgets, records, and vendor contracts for maintenance work.
