Qualifications

• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets; property management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and diagnose defects.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for community cleanliness and appearance.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory and assist budget planning with Community Manager.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
