Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• CPO certification preferred (willing to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the community.
• Coordinate service requests and make-ready process for vacant units.
• Manage inventory and supervise vendors, contractors, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Assist with setup of new communities and onboarding of maintenance staff.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule, including after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain facilities within budgetary guidelines.
