GMC Property Management in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations for our multi-family communities. You will manage repairs, scheduling, and vendor coordination while ensuring excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory maintenance experience preferred.
• Willing to rotate 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call.
• Possession of valid driver's license and insurance or reliable transportation.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs across electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, painting, and appliances.
• Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and schedule maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and equipment; ensure proper storage.
• Coordinate make-readies and vendor work with Property Manager.
• Complete work orders and follow up with residents as needed.
• Manage preventative maintenance and on-call emergency services.
• Maintain curb appeal and grounds; manage monthly budget.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
