Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations of the community, coordinating staff and vendors while ensuring safety standards and outstanding customer service.

You will supervise maintenance personnel, plan preventive maintenance, manage inventories, and respond to on-call emergencies, while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA guidelines. This role requires a high school diploma and basic computer skills with flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards and compliance.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory within budget.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Assist with on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
