Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a Decatur, GA community. You will supervise staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining high resident satisfaction. Strong HVAC knowledge and basic computer skills are preferred.

The role requires on-site, hands-on leadership with familiarity of EPA/OSHA standards and Fair Housing laws; you will collaborate with the Community Manager to meet budget and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desirable.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect grounds and property daily to identify hazards and ensure quality.
• Manage inventory and vendor bids; plan resources and supplies efficiently.
• Participate in on‑call emergencies and after‑hours maintenance.
