Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC seeks a dedicated property maintenance professional to own on-site tasks and deliver exceptional resident service. You will manage service requests, coordinate with teams, and contribute to preventative maintenance programs.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with pool and general maintenance. EPA or CPO certification is a plus; opportunity to grow into leadership roles within a thriving property management group.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
