Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a dedicated property maintenance professional in Nashville to deliver outstanding resident service and manage daily property tasks. You will respond to requests, maintain pools and common areas, and support a growing team.

This role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and proactive communication with residents and leadership to uphold a best-in-class living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and customer-facing roles.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with excellent customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests in a timely manner.
• Pursue supervisory growth within the role.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• "Own" your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
