Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a proactive maintenance professional with a plumbing license to manage on-site resident services and property maintenance. You will respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained common areas.

Ideal candidates have plumbing credentials, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused mindset while supporting a best-in-class living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance (pool, exterior lighting, filters, inspections).

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license

• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory roleExperience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
