Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a property maintenance supervisor in Norcross, GA. You’ll own the role, deliver excellent resident service, and coordinate ongoing maintenance tasks across pool, grounds, and appliances.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Experience with supervisory duties or desire to supervise.
• Experience with pool, grounds, or appliance maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and deliver great customer service to residents.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Care for and inventory supplies and equipment owned by the property/management company.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
