Pegasus Residential is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance professional in Nashville to keep properties running smoothly and serve residents with outstanding customer service.

You will handle maintenance requests, perform on-site tasks, and continuously learn new skills in areas like pool maintenance and grounds care. Facilities focus, reliability, and a cooperative team attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to handle resident requests professionally.
• Willingness to learn maintenance skills (pool, grounds).
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
