Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking an apartment maintenance professional to join our team. In this role, you will own your responsibilities at the property, deliver outstanding resident service, and promptly complete service requests.

You will leverage prior maintenance experience, a positive attitude, and a drive to learn new skills. EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent resident service.
• Willingness to learn and take on maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to carry out tasks with attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Maintain pool and grounds as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Desire to learn and apply new maintenance skills.
