Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across our community portfolio. You will supervise staff, manage service requests, and ensure safety standards are met while coordinating with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget.
• Implement preventative maintenance to extend asset life.
• Supervise and develop maintenance staff under Community Manager.
