Job summary

Grubb Properties seeks a Service Supervisor for Link Apartments Mint Street to lead maintenance operations across a Class A multifamily community. You will supervise staff, manage vendors, and ensure high‑quality work while maintaining safety standards and budgets.

The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems, plus CPO and CFC I/II certifications. Yardi and Leonardo experience is a plus, with a focus on resident satisfaction and reliable service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on property maintenance experience.
• CPO certification is required.
• CFC Type I & II certifications required; Universal preferred.
• Experience with Class A multifamily buildings.
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with Yardi and Leonardo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance staff; supervise vendors and budgets.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, roofs, appliances and general facilities.
• Oversee apartment turns and ensure move-in ready units.
• Track tools and supplies; manage inventory.
• Ensure pool is clean, safe, and compliant with regulations.
• Lead safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with the Property Manager.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding maintenance staff.
• Monitor expenditures and help manage maintenance within budget.
• Foster a resident-focused environment with timely responses.
