Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance operations, preferably multifamily housing.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the property's maintenance team.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems operate safely.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on requests and projects.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies; participate in on-call rotation.
