Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a on-site role at 6Main - Richmond, IN. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems at the property.

The ideal candidate has HVAC/EPA certification and 3+ years in maintenance, preferably in multifamily housing, with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification required or preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in multifamily properties.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the property's maintenance team to ensure timely and high-quality service.
• Oversee all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to prioritize requests and projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted work.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
• Promote safety compliance and respond to emergencies.
• Train and mentor team members; prepare units for new residents.
