Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Warsaw, IN. You will lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections, and ensure HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.

You will coordinate with the Property Manager, manage vendors, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service to residents. Weekend on-call duties and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification preferred; other related certifications considered.
• Experience leading a maintenance team in multifamily or similar properties.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the property maintenance team to deliver timely, high-quality service.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to prioritize requests and projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted work for quality and timeliness.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment; enforce safety standards.
