Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance operations at our multifamily communities. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely service, quality move-in experiences, and strong curb appeal for residents.

The role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry, plus a valid driver's license. On-call and weekend duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests for maintenance with urgency and professionalism.
• Inspect and maintain common areas and units to ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and manage on-site inventory.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and vendors to schedule work.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and inspect work orders, and participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
