The role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, 1+ year supervisory experience, HVAC/CPO certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license. On-call and weekend work are expected as part of a dynamic team responsible for curb appeal and resident care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multifamily property maintenance experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• HVAC and CPO certifications highly desired
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• On-call and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests with urgency and professionalism
• Inspect grounds and properties daily; ensure curb appeal and safety
• Coordinate maintenance staff and vendors; approve and track work orders
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory within budget
• Monitor and document service requests, compliance with OSHA and EPA standards
• Lead and train maintenance staff; participate in safety meetings
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing where feasible
• Plan resource use and obtain bids from vendors for services and repairs
